Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

Pet Deposit: $350 for 1 pet or 450 for 2 pets per household

One-time Pet Fee: $350 for 1 pet $450 for 2 pets

Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet

We do not have a weight limit.

Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted. However, we do allow hamsters, birds, reptiles, turtles, fish and rabbits.

I had just moved to Indianapolis and was looking around at different apartments. I went into A62 Apartments and Justin was the nicest person you could meet. He was very upbeat, friendly, and answered every question and concern that I had thrown at him. Which was quite a few. He even took me on a tour and explained everything to me. The bark park is a very beneficial thing for me and my little one and I just wanted to say thank you Justin for being so kind and friendly.
